Rise & Thrive is Fyreflyz’s youth development framework that helps young people build resilience, confidence, and direction through practical, interactive learning. Built around the RISE model, Reflect, Intent, Step Up, Engage, the youth development programme supports youths in understanding themselves, taking initiative, and building stronger support systems.

Through experiential learning, guided reflection, and real-world application, participants develop stronger self-awareness, communication abilities, and decision-making skills while gaining the confidence to navigate challenges and opportunities.
