Featured Campaigns

Kampung Gelam United

A storytelling-driven video campaign that reimagined Kampong Gelam through
culture, art, food, and community, bringing the precinct’s stories to both local and
global audiences.

Fyreflyz worked with the Singapore Tourism Board to produce a series of short-form videos under the campaign #KampongGelamUnited: Collective Stories of Kampong Gelam. The project aimed to reimagine Singapore’s Kampong Gelam precinct through compelling storytelling that highlights its rich cultural heritage, vibrant food scene, artistic expression, and modern retail landscape.


The campaign brought together different voices and perspectives from the community, capturing the spirit of the district through engaging visual narratives designed for social media audiences.


Youths were involved throughout the creative process, supporting content production, creative ideation, and campaign execution while gaining hands-on experience in digital storytelling and cultural marketing.


The campaign achieved 4.5 million impressions per week and a 174% engagement rate, and was recognised as a Finalist for the 2021 Marketing Excellence in Media Strategy Awards, demonstrating how powerful storytelling can drive strong audience engagement.

Super Japan Festival

A large-scale online-to-offline campaign designed to bring Japanese pop culture to life, combining digital marketing, event activation, and cross-platform promotions to drive real-world footfall.

Super Japan Fest was an online-to-offline (O2O) event campaign conceptualised by Fyreflyz to bring the energy of Japanese pop culture from digital communities into a real-world festival experience at Millenia Walk.


The campaign combined digital marketing, event activations, and cross-platform promotions to build anticipation online while encouraging audiences to participate physically at the event. Through social media campaigns, mobile marketing, website promotion, collaborative advertising, and traditional media outreach, the campaign created strong awareness leading up to the festival weekend.


On-ground, the event featured immersive installations, themed photo opportunities, and large-scale activations that translated online engagement into real-life experiences for attendees.


A multi-channel marketing strategy was deployed across social media, email marketing, cross-platform advertising, in-store promotions with F&B partners, and radio broadcasts on CLASS95, ensuring the campaign reached audiences across both digital and traditional channels.


The campaign successfully drove 51,000 visitors to the event, generated 250,000 online impressions, and achieved a 212% engagement rate, demonstrating the effectiveness of connecting online communities with offline experiences.

Making Waves @ Millenia Walk

A social-first video campaign designed to bring Millenia Walk’s futuristic retail experiences to life through short-form storytelling and influencer-led content.

Fyreflyz conceptualised and produced “Making Waves”, a three-part social video series designed to showcase Millenia Walk as a destination for creativity, technology, and forward-thinking retail experiences.


The campaign highlighted Millenia Walk’s unique mix of tenants known for embracing innovation, from futuristic retail concepts to technology-driven experiences. Through short-form video storytelling, the series invited audiences to “make waves” by exploring the space, interacting with its offerings, and sharing their own creative moments online.


Working with content creators and KOLs, the videos captured immersive experiences within the mall while encouraging audiences to recreate and participate in the movement through their own social media posts. Each piece of content was designed to feel accessible and replicable, making it easy for audiences to engage and contribute their own interpretations of the campaign.


Over a five-day period, the campaign generated over 4 million impressions and 573,987 engagements, demonstrating the power of short-form content in transforming retail spaces into shareable social experiences.

RE:CREATE FEST @ SCAPE

A youth-driven marketing campaign supporting RE:CREATE 2025 through digital storytelling, audience segmentation, and performance marketing.

Fyreflyz was an outsourced marketing partner for RE:CREATE 2025, supporting the festival’s digital outreach and promotional campaigns.


The team produced social media content using assets from featured KOLs, developed the official press release, and executed targeted audience segmentation strategies to reach youth audiences. Campaign performance was continuously monitored and optimised through boosted posts and data analysis.


Youth participants contributed directly to content production, analytics tracking, and campaign optimisation, gaining real-world experience in digital marketing strategy.


The campaign achieved 498,463 impressions, 7,649 clicks, and a $0.21 CPC.

Timbre Group

An 18-month marketing partnership where Fyreflyz worked closely with Timbre
Group to develop social media campaigns, creative content, and performance
marketing strategies to strengthen audience engagement and drive footfall across
their venues.

Fyreflyz worked with Timbre Group to develop a youth-led marketing programme supporting the promotion of multiple venues and brands within the Timbre ecosystem. Over an 18-month partnership, youth team members were embedded across the full creative and marketing workflow, contributing to social media management, content production, live performance filming, photography, video editing, and digital advertising.


The programme supported marketing efforts across four brands under the Timbre Group portfolio: Timbre+ One-North, Timbre Signatures Kampong Siglap, One Punggol Hawker Centre, and Yishun Park Hawker Centre. Youth team members contributed to media planning, audience segmentation, on-ground event coverage, and digital campaign optimisation, helping each brand strengthen its online engagement while translating awareness into real-world footfall.


At Timbre+ One-North, the team played a key role in promoting live music concerts such as Beatlemania 2025, celebrating the 65th anniversary of The Beatles. The campaign involved marketing strategy, paid social media advertising, creative production, and on-site event coverage across pre-event, live, and post-event content. Through targeted audience segmentation and performance marketing, the campaign generated 416,268 impressions and 6,463 clicks, achieving a $3.07 CPM and $0.20 CPC, while successfully selling out the event.


In total, the programme supported 20 youths through stipends and paid project roles, allowing them to gain sustained industry exposure while building professional portfolios through real client work. At the same time, the initiative strengthened Timbre’s digital presence while creating a sustainable pipeline of emerging creative and marketing talent.

A corporate communications project where youths supported digital marketing, social media creatives and internal communications for a global real estate firm.

Fyreflyz supported Colliers in executing marketing communications across digital and internal platforms. Youth team members worked on social media creatives and scheduled posts while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.


The team also developed internal marketing email templates using Salesforce, supporting mass communications such as company updates and internal reports.


Through this experience, youths gained exposure to the structure and expectations of a corporate marketing environment, developing skills in professional communication, brand consistency, and organisational marketing workflows.

(NUS)

Supporting both NUS Advanced Computing for Executives (ACE) and NUS School of Computing (SOC) through digital marketing, creative production, and audience targeting to strengthen programme visibility and outreach.

Fyreflyz partnered with NUS Computing to support digital marketing and outreach initiatives across two key areas: NUS Advanced Computing for Executives (ACE) and the NUS School of Computing (SOC). Through a co-creation approach, youths worked alongside client teams to translate complex computing programmes and research into accessible digital campaigns and storytelling content.


NUS ACE: Fyreflyz collaborated closely with the NUS ACE team to support the promotion of executive education programmes targeted at working professionals and industry leaders. Working from campaign briefs provided by the client, youth team members contributed to creative development, ad captions, audience segmentation, and paid media execution.


The team managed boosted advertising campaigns across social media platforms, translating programme offerings into engaging digital creatives designed to reach targeted professional audiences. Continuous coordination with the ACE team ensured alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and budget optimisation.


Through targeted performance marketing and audience segmentation, the campaigns generated 190,115 impressions and 1,039 clicks, achieving a $3.19 CPM and $0.52 CPC, demonstrating effective reach and engagement within a specialised professional audience.


NUS SOC: Fyreflyz works directly with the NUS School of Computing (SOC) to support the creation and management of digital content through a collaborative co-creation approach. Working from creative briefs provided by the client, youth team members collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret objectives, shape ideas, and execute visuals and captions that align with the institution’s voice and communication goals.


Through this process, youths move beyond task-based execution and take ownership of creative and strategic decisions, while ensuring that final outputs remain aligned with client expectations. The collaboration allows youths to gain real experience working with an academic institution while delivering content that communicates research, achievements, and initiatives in a clear and engaging way.
